Altegra Health Names Daniel Lieber Chief Operating Officer
February 26, 2015 – Altegra Health, Inc., a leading provider of technology-enabled, next-generation payment solutions for health plans and risk-bearing healthcare providers, today announced the hiring of Daniel Lieber as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO, Lieber will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, playing an integral role in leading and assembling the resources and capabilities to meet current client demands and future growth opportunities.

Lieber joined Universal American Corporation in 2009, a Fortune 500 health insurance company focused on Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and other senior market insurance programs. At Universal, he successfully performed the roles of SVP Corporate Operations and, most recently, Chief Quality Officer. A seasoned executive and business advisor, he has led strategic planning and business development initiatives at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe; Capital Z; Bain & Company; and GE Capital Services. Lieber is an honors graduate of The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, where he received both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in business.
